Landscape Installation

Kristi hand selects all materials chosen for the project and will make frequent visits to the job site to ensure design intent. The installation process begins with preparation of the area including debris removal and disposal as well as pruning and transplanting existing vegetation if utilized in the design.

If proposed, irrigation will be revised or installed prior to any dirt work.

Hard surfaces such as rock work, masonry & wood work are installed next followed by plant material and finally 3″ of hardwood or pine straw mulch. 

Landscape Maintenance

To help protect your landscape investment, Eminent Terrain Inc. recommends regularly scheduled maintenance. We offer bi-annual maintenance to include pruning, mulching, power washing, replacing damaged material and adding seasonal color.

Stone Work

Eminent Terrain Inc. installs a wide variety of mortared and dry-laid stone work including flagstone, cut stone and native stone patios, retaining walls, columns, path ways, fireplaces, kitchens and fire pits. Landscape beds are typically lined with cut or native stone edging. 

Drainage

We design and install French drain systems, dry creek beds and gutter drain systems to help move water off your property. We can also disguise French drains to appear as stone paths or patios. 

Water Features

Eminent Terrain Inc. specializes in custom stone water features that add sound and attract birds to your garden. These water features are low maintenance and attractive in the winter months as well. Because they continually move water, they do not promote mosquito breeding. 

Custom Planted Pots

We offer all-size custom planted pots for your patio, deck or garden. We can plant your existing pots and containers as well.
